May 11, 2013 Tasks of improving the administrative legislation
On May 11, 2013 at the Spiritual and educational center of Khorezm region was held a seminar on «The main tasks of improving administrative legislation in the process of liberalization of the judicial system in Uzbekistan».
May 10, 2013 The activity of factions of the political parties is being intensified

On April 19, 2013, the Law «On introducing amendments and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Regulations of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan» was published in the newspaper «Narodnoe Slovo» («People's Word»). This means that with the signing by the Head of the State, it entered into force. In the lower house of parliament the implementation of provisions of this legal document has already begun. Yesterday, meetings of factions of political parties were held, where the priorities arising from this law were discussed.

March 1, 2013 Women's role in the Year of well-being and prosperity
On February 28, 2013, at the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis at the initiative of the parliamentary faction SDPU “Adolat” and the Wings of women Council of the party held a scientific-practical conference dedicated to the Year of well-being and prosperity, on “Improving socio-political activity of women – an important factor in ensuring the well-being and prosperity”.

On January 28, 2013 meetings of factions of political parties and the deputy group of the Ecological Movement of Uzbekistan in the Legislative Chamber were held, where the issues introduced in the agenda of the next plenary session of the lower house of parliament were tentatively discussed.

December 3, 2012 The Constitution – foundation of sovereign and democratic state

On December 3, 2012 at the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy Tiklanish” in cooperation with the Central Kengash (Council) and the Youth wing of the party organized a “round table” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
