February 28, 2013 Meeting on the issues of Industry Development
On February 27, 2013 was held a meeting of the Committee on the Issues of Industry, Construction and Trade of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis dedicated to the progress of implementation of the Program of priority measures on implementation of key strategic projects included in the Investment program of 2012, the expansion of production and development of production of new types of competitive products, as well as industrial programs of modernization, technical and technological re-equipment of production.
February 12, 2013 Joint meeting of the Committees of the Oliy Majlis Chambers
On February 12, 2013 was held a joint meeting of the Committee on Agriculture and Water Management Issues of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and the Committee on Agriculture, Water Management Issues and Ecology of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, dedicated to the priorities arising from the report of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Our primary goal – to resolutely pursue the path of large-scale reforms and modernization of the country” as well as strengthening the legal framework of the accelerated development of farming movement.
December 26, 2012 Implementation of the law at places was studied
On December 26, 2012, was held a meeting of the Committee on the Issues of Industry, Construction and Trade of the Legislative Chamber on the results of studying the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On automobile transport» at the Uzbek Agency of Automobile and River Transport, as well as in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Andijan and Surkhandarya regions.
December 25, 2012 Committee hearing was held
On December 25, 2012, Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis held a hearing on implementation by the Central Bank and commercial banks of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 26, 2010 «On priorities for further reforming and improving the stability of the financial and banking system of the republic in 2011-2015, and achieving high international rating figures».
December 19, 2012 Results of law enforcement study

On December 19, 2012 Committee on Information and Communication Technologies of the Legislative Chamber held a meeting where the results of the study of laws execution of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Legal Protection of Topologies of Integrated Microcircuits” and “On Legal Protection of Software and Databases” in the system of the Agency of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan were considered.

December 5, 2012 The Constitution – basis of the legislative activity of Parliament
On December 5, 2012, Committee on Legislation, Judicial and Legal Issues of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis held a seminar on “The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan – basis of the legislative activity of Parliament”, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
December 5, 2012 International cooperation on energy issues and the basis of national legislation

On December 4, 2012 at the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held a seminar dedicated to the issues of international cooperation on the agreement relating to the Energy Charter Treaty (Lisbon, December 17, 1994) and implementation of relevant international norms into national legislation.
