May 15, 2012 Execution of the earlier adopted decision was considered

On May 15, 2012, was held a meeting of the Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, dedicated to the discussion of the results of the execution study of the Committee's decision of June 3, 2011 on the issues of implementation of the Law «On Accounting» by the Republican Road Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the State joint-stock company «Uzavtoyul» and its subordinate enterprises. It was attended by senior officials of relevant ministries and agencies, government bodies at places, deputies, representatives of the mass media.

On May 14, 2012 Committee on the Issues of Industry, Construction and Trade of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis held a scientific-practical conference on «Family business - the basis of a strong family».

May 11, 2012 A committee hearing was held at the ministry

Committee on Agriculture and Water Management Issues of the Legislative Chamber heard an information of the Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the state of normative-legal acts adopted in accordance with the agrarian legislation, and issues of their improvement”. Committee hearing was held in the framework of an extended meeting of the Committee, held at the Conference Hall of the Ministry.

May 11, 2012 The role of deputies in the budget process

On May 11, 2012, Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a practical seminar on “The budget process: national legislation and international experience”. It was attended by heads and specialists of a number of concerned ministries, departments, academics and mass media representatives.

May 2, 2012 The “round table”

On May 2, 2012, was held a “round table” on the study of the work of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov “Uzbekistan on the threshold of independence”, organized by the Committee on the Issues of Science, Education, Culture and Sport of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and the National University of Uzbekistan.
